The PANAFEX^™ Division of Market Regulation administers arbitration proceedings for customer claims. The Arbitration Guide outlines the process from beginning to end and provides thorough information for each part of the arbitration process.

The Audit Department is an essential component of the Exchange's financial safeguard system. Through direct surveillance and information programs such as reporting and inspection, the Audit Department ensures PANAFEX^™'s financial integrity.

The Market Regulation Division periodically sends notifications regarding market regulation policy changes and updates to Members, Clearing Firms, Customers or Compliance Officers. Find an archived list in Market Regulation Advisories.
